What is not allowed:
Provide or distribute our original (or modified) poster files for free, upload them to any public domain, or make them otherwise freely accessible.
Create a competing service or platform to resell or distribute these images to other businesses.
Engage in B2B sales of the original or modified posters (i.e., you cannot sell or license them to other businesses for further resale).
Officially register our posters as your own copyright or trademark.
Use them for any illegal, hateful, or infringing purposes.

Inmyhome.art Full License Agreement
Effective Date: 21.02.2025
1. Introduction
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between Inmyhome.art (“Licensor”) and you (“Licensee”), governing your purchase, download, and use of any posters (“Licensed Materials”) from our website.
2. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to:
Download the Licensed Materials.
Use, modify, and incorporate them into physical and/or digital end products for B2C sales or for personal projects.
3. Permitted Uses
Physical Products (B2C): You may print and sell the Licensed Materials to individual consumers as posters, canvases, mugs, T-shirts, or any other physical merchandise.
Digital Products (B2C): You may sell digital copies of the Licensed Materials (e.g., “printable art” PDFs/JPEGs) to individual consumers.
Modifications: You may crop, edit, or otherwise adapt the Licensed Materials to create final products that match your brand or design requirements.
White Label: You are not required to credit Inmyhome.art. You may present the final products under your own brand name, as long as you do not legally claim the original artwork itself as yours.
4. Prohibited Uses
Unauthorized Distribution/Free Access
You may not upload or otherwise make the original or lightly modified Licensed Materials freely accessible to the public, including placing them in the public domain or distributing them free of charge.
Competing Services
You may not create a competing service or platform that resells or redistributes the Licensed Materials—whether modified or unmodified—to other businesses or third parties.
B2B Sales
You may not sell, license, or distribute the Licensed Materials to other businesses (B2B) for further resale or commercial distribution. All sales must be direct to consumers (B2C) only.
Claiming Ownership
You may not register or claim the Licensed Materials as your own intellectual property (e.g., copyright or trademark).
Illegal or Harmful Purposes
You may not use the Licensed Materials in any way that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes upon the rights of others.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Inmyhome.art and/or its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Materials, including all intellectual property rights.
This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to Licensee.
6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
As-Is Provision: The Licensed Materials are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind.
No Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising out of the use or inability to use the Licensed Materials.
7. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if Licensee fails to comply with any of its terms.
Upon termination, Licensee must immediately discontinue any use, sale, or distribution of the Licensed Materials that violates this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inmyhome.art is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Licensor and Licensee regarding the Licensed Materials and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements. No modification or amendment to this Agreement will be binding unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Licensor.
By downloading, using, or purchasing any Licensed Materials from Inmyhome.art, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.
